Long and somewhat confusing. The hiring manager changed midway. Recruiter was confused about the salary range for the position. I let them know my current salary and my salary requirement, but the offer was less then what I am currently making.

Straightforward and quick. You will do a phone screen with HR, then conversation with engineering manager, lastly speaking with the team. The process was all virtual because of covid and seamless.
