Interview
Unit director was friendly, followed up with shadowing experience afterward. Staff RN were very friendly also but the whole process seemed a bit unorganized. The whole thing took about 5 hours or so.

The interview was suppose to be in person, but something came up and we had to do interview over the phone. After interview was over, I was asked to shadow the unit. A couple days later I was offered the position.
