Initial math test, phone screen with recruiter, verification of math test, phone call with hiring manager, on-site interview with executive team.
Expect the in-person interview to be a bit combative, especially for senior positions, as this company does not traditionally hire from outside of the organization for these types of roles.
There seemed to be a "you're one of us or you're not" mentality in regards to both the culture and how the job was supposed to be done, though (I was told) the point of the role was to challenge and change the current product management paradigm.
Questions were typically phrased "tell me you can do this, yes or no" rather than "tell me how you've done this in the past", and it was noted back to me that I had not provided enough detail throughout the interview. Looking back, I was stopped repeatedly, mid-sentence, when trying to provide that detail because it wasn't a succinct "yes or no" answer.
Was told, after everything, that I was passed up for an internal promotion.
