I agree with the other reviewer - don't waste your time with interviewing at this company. First of all, there's no way to take their IQ test online, you must take it in person. It's very easy. Basic math and English. Anyone who graduated from High School could pass it. It was a total waste of time to drive over and take it. I'm not sure how someone could fail it. Next the HR drone called me and asked a bunch of snippy stupid questions. She obviously didn't care about the answers and was just going through the motions. Next, they asked me to prepare a presentation about something silly and unrelated to the position. When I showed up to present, no one was smiling. I made beautiful slides and presented to a reluctant, sullen group who asked very few questions and had nothing nice to say. Not even thanks for coming by. They passed on offering me a position via snail mail. Their letter said I could apply for other positions. I did when a position came up in another department the next week, but HR emailed me and said they managers in the original department thought I wouldn't be a good fit for the other department, either. Finally, look at the market for their products. Not very large, not growing very fast. Even if they do give you a job, it's probably a dead end. Plus you'll have to work with people that struck me as weird and unhappy.
