I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HERE Technologies (Navi Mumbai) in Jul 2023
Interview
Everyone should know and read these before joining Here technologies. Well. Interview process no doubt was very smooth. Cleared 1st round. Second round started well. Interview was not that bad from my end. An assignment was given. That was completely new for me. Haven’t worked before with vector data. Conveyed the same very first. I had a couple of doubts regarding the assignment, asked about that a couple of times. There were 2 interviewer. One of them started behaving rudely. She talked to me in this manner, “You can do courses to learn but end of the day you have to use your brain. We are not here to spoon-feed you.” Followed by, she asked about my current salary and also asked me why I have applied for this 7th grade such high position job. As far I knew, in a technical interview you should not be asked about your salary. The way she behaved, as if I don’t deserve any job. Such a pathetic experience I had with Here. Shame !!! I could mention the name of the interviewer as well. But I know my limits. Best of luck to those people who will work under her.
