HGW Architecture interview questions

I met at the end of November 2023. The interview went well and the staff were very kind and welcoming in the interview. After about 3 weeks wait I received an offer for a position that did not fit my career trajectory and years of experience. I asked to work on a different title and my offer was later rescinded with the reason given that growth is organic at this firm and they did not have a defined structure. I am giving this a neutral rating as although this was disappointing, my expectations could have been made more clear in the interview.
