Interview process is very simple. However it takes two to three weeks or in same case it takes 1 month to complete the process and in some cases there can be multiple round of interviews
In short the interview process is like below
1. At first HR Round
2. Then we need to clear Psychometric test
3. Finally Manager Round

Interview
Basic HR round , one-on-one interview was scheduled which ran for 30 minutes and after a week interview panel discussion was arranged with 3 interviewers. Within next 4-5 days the offer later was shared and negotiation were tried but that didn't work out much and HR mentioned it will be a take it or leave it offer.
