Interview
1. You will first need to apply via their website for Student Workplace Internship. They hire on a rolling basis so try to apply early for better chances. (Requires you to rank your top 6 preferred roles)
2. 72 hours to complete HireVue remote interview (can be done anytime and anywhere as long as it's within the stipulated 72hrs)
Questions include: Tell me about yourself, Why are you interested in this role, Situation related questions (e.g Have you ever experienced a stressful task and how did you overcame it? )
3. If you're shortlisted, HR will set up a zoom interview for you with respective role's hiring managers
4. I was asked more or less the same questions that i got for the HireVue remote interview.
3x 30 minute interviews with competency, finance technical and case study followed by qna. Assessment centre had 4 of us total though interviews were 1 to 1. Tiring but a good experience
Virtual interview. 3x 30 minute interiews for VAC. Variety of interviewers at each stage. Commercial awareness is present in the interview, so make so sure you understand and know current events.
2 assessments. First assessment comprises of situational mcq questions and quantitative questions. Second assessment comprises of video interview questions where they give you a situation and ask how you would handle the situation
