Online aptitude, technical round followed by HR interview.
After passed in all stages, would be asked for the all relevant documents including educational and from previous employer.
Would recommend to have the final release letter ready from the previous employer if any.

Questions were quite overhyped and would make you feel like being recruited for a rocket science technology job.

Applied on their own website . Awaited 2 months to get to the interview stage. Travelled 300 miles for f2f interview . The panel described the skills as totally opposite to what was in the job description. Amazed to know how did I get shortlisted when the actual skills were different to what I have in my cv . Gutted. Awful .asked the panel if they seen my cv and what the description been supplied by them . Don’t wNt to apply again for them . Extremely unprofessional

Interview
I had given interview for HSBC-GLT.
First Round (Telephonic) : Got a call from a HR. She asked the my current project and role.
Second round (Ability test) : The next day I have received a link from their end which included a 30mins basic logical ability test.
Third Round (F2F) : I was called in for the F2F interview. It was a video conferencing with a Manager ,who was in Malaysia and other was with me in the same room.
First thing he asked me to answer all the question w.r.t my current project in my organization. Then they have explained the whole project which I have work on in detail. It was overall a friendly interview. They were interested in more of analysis, communication, managerial skills rather than technical skills.
There were no domain specific questions asked.
Fourth Round : I got a call for the Salary negotiation after 3-4 weeks of the F2F interview.

Interview
Initially they called me for telephonic interview. After a week they scheduled my interview and after that they called me for f2f interview. After two days HR called me said, you are selected are you willing to work in hyderabad, india. I said ok. Finally they ask me to submit documents of my previous company. This is how my interview process is done.
