1. Telephonic Discussion with HR then asked to attend online SJT Test.
2. Online Situational Judgement Test ( 60 mins and 26 Question based on real life work scenario ), behavioral test rather than Technical.
3. Telephonic Technical Round
4. WebEx Managerial Round
5. BCG Clearance ( Lengthy and keen to accurate history )
6. Offer letter

Any Production issue Or bug you have fixed independently.
Very odd. Interviewers didn't even ask me to tell about myself and just started asking their questions. At the end of it we all assumed that the position didn't cover with my experience.
