First round was phone interview with HR. After being proceeded, second round was interview with branch manager by zoom video call. If not chosen by the branch manager, HR may match candidates with other branches.

Not professional, they have hard time get any employees due to the reputation, and pay structure. Manager doesn’t know how to manage people. They tried to hire two relationships managers for almost one year, but they can’t get anyone
