Very informative and exciting way to interview candidates. There are 4 stages to the interview process, two of which include online assessments. You will be required to upload video answers which can be stressful as you can only record once and have a set time to answer and prepare your answers.

Interview
Step 1: Application Review. A recruiter discuss your career goals and salary expectations, and answer any high-level questions you might have about our company.
Step 2: Technical/Skills Interview, This interview assesses the core skills needed for the role.
Step 3: Peer/Team Interview. This is an opportunity to gauge your collaborative style and how you approach working within a team environment.
Very supportive HR team made the whole process smooth and hiring managers were incredibly professional. Insightful, relevant questions about the role. Included 3 rounds: CV / cover leter to Psychometric test then Virtual experience day.
