Firstly there is an application form to fill with all the usual information including you work experience and education. Its not technical but omg the form is not user friendly and seems to use very old tech, it was quite stressful tbh to complete and all the back and forth with the login details. Honestly, I also gave up it was very frustrating.
I was contacted by the recruiter who was very nice and told me that the hiring manager was very keen to interview, but there were some interview formalities that needed to be done first. First was an online test and second I had to do a video recording answers to some interview questions.
After the conversation I was sent a link to do an online psychometric test, which took about 20-30mins to complete.
No big deal really, they use the same company most other big companies do. No need to prepare just need to answer the behavioural questions.
I was told I passed this and was sent the link to record the interview questions. There are three that I was required to do and I was given the questions beforehand. You have 3 attempts to record and submit each questions.
Once this was done it was 2 weeks before the recruiter contacted me again and tolf me the hiring manager was away on business and it would be another 2 weeks before she had an update on interview times,
Sadly, I during that time I was contacted again and told via email that the hiring manager had returned and the role was no longer going ahead.
Obviously very annoyed a complete waste of time, although I don't know what happened there could have been more curtsey and respect for my time.
