Group interview of around 10 at first, then a one on one with the Heads of Department. CEO is very involved in the interview/pre-hiring process. In the initial interview there was an overview of the company/values

Interview
Long, clunky, lack of empathy.
Started with a group introduction and test
Then a role play
Followed by round robin interview with various members which was hard to gain a good understanding of the company and connect. This also has to be the right place for the candidate and it was hard to really get an understanding of the culture as the interviewers seemed to be rushing.

Rushed 30 min telephone interview, general questions about sales levels and turnaround times in previous roles. They stressed how much their process is automated and time limits to deal with fact finding and recommendation. Sounded like crazy busy environment.
