HackerEarth UI/User Experience Designer interview questions

I was interviewing for an intern, I think. My first conversation was with HR, who didn't provide enough details about the role. Immediately HR shared the design task for which I took about 5 days to revert as I could not spend much time on it everyday due to other commitments. Next day HR shared a regret note, I wrote to them asking for feedback. But unfortunately there was no response. I would have appreciated had they shared some constructive feedback for the solution I came up with.
