Technical: They want to see how good you are with color, cut and highlights. Also, they want to know if you can manage the salon and employees. They ask many questions like if an employee is absent, you will be able to work his/her schedule. Salon managers have the responsibility to open and close the salon. The want to know if you accomplish goals/numbers.

This is a good company with a good reputation. The company was fairly organized. The interviewer was nice and polite. It was an easy interview. The interview was informative. I learned alot about the company. However the interviewer did not know how much the position paid.
