Hale Coffee interview questions

Interview was straight forward yet casual. Was asked about experience with preparing coffee beverages, working in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge on coffee. Was also asked to recall on previous work experiences and how they apply to the cafe setting.

We sat down and talked about past experiences and what was expected of the job. We took a tour of the establishment and was told that I would receive a follow up call if they liked me.
