Took quite a few interviews to get to final stage and process was smooth but it seemed that they were not clear on exactly what they were looking for in an a prospect.

Previous experience, and technical skills, it was quite detailed each time.
polite and thorough, interviewed by several stakeholders. good probing for culture fit. the recruiter asked good questions and gave good description of the company and the role. There were a couple of follow-up calls.
