Was very straight forward. I interviewed on site in their Houston Headquarters. First part of the day was mainly behavioral, after lunch there was a "team building" activity followed by a 6 minute presentation of your choice.

Single interview with recruiter asking about past leadership experiences as well as theoretical questions about what I would do to increase efficiency on a manufacturing site. Very kind recruiters and smooth process.

In person interview at school.
Had a face to face interview with recruiter and heard back within a month whether or I was offered the position or not. Leadership experiences are a huge factor in selection as most questions ask you relate to it.
