Interview
It was a good overall process. The initial screening was by HR, but then prospective employees are introduced to relevant colleagues and leadership who make the ultimate hiring decision. They have a strict drug policy, so expect to pee in a cup.

Question 1
Most were fairly expected. Be prepared to explain how you can best facilitate social expression in various situations, e.g., grieving, love, friendship, birthdays, etc.
The interviewer was friendly. The interviewer's questions were largely about my professional background and achievements but the questions were also geared toward understanding who I am as a person. I enjoyed the interview experience.

Online application with writing samples, HR phone interview, Hiring manager phone interview, writing exercises, 2 days on-site interviews over the course of 2 months. HR was great about lettings me know next steps.
