Hamilton Continuing Care Center interview questions

The newly created position never was advertised because someone I knew in the field told me about the position and I immediately (the same day) e-mailed the administrator a resume and cover letter. He interviewed me the next day in his office and we discussed his vision, the company's mission statement and the general operations.
