Hamilton Island interview questions

Applied online and had a recruiter call to learn more about me and see if i would fit the role. Once she was happy she suggested anouther job that fitted my qualifications more. I then had anouther call with her to discuss the logistics. I was then given a time to have a phone interview with the manager of the department I was in. He was very friendly and spoke more about the day to day life.

the interview was full of questions about why i choose this company what i ve done in the past where i m gonna see my self in future, what are my strongest abilities and what are my weaknesses
