I had an overall positive experience. I applied through an employee referral, and was asked to complete a questionnaire that consisted of personality questions and some open-ended questions. After that there was a phone interview; very straightforward, asked about my research experience, availability, salary, etc. The recruiter was very professional and was very helpful through the entire application process
