Interview
I was asked to apply to a position and then to come in and interview.
Wasted several hours on this company as they completely dropped the ball and failed to follow up.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Harbor Funds (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2013
Interview
The interview was set up through a staffing recruiter. It involved meeting with an HR rep, a manager, and 2 associates. The process was more or less a simple going over of my resume while trying to ascertain my personality as well. The people at the office seemed friendly and very focused. They are looking for someone who is extremely detail-oriented.
