I was contacted by a recruiter. The recruiter did a short phone interview and asked to meet the next day. We briefly spoke about the position and the recruiter set up an interview with the company the next morning. The interview lasted about an hour. Very straightforward questions. I did not feel pressured at all. Hourly pay can not be negotiated.
