Harlow College interview questions

Applied online and invited to an interview, which was described as an interview with managers. When I arrived I was there for 3 hours as every applicant had been told to come in at the same time. We had to complete a series of small tasks and then wait around while they examined these for about an hour. Then we had to wait even longer as we were taken in one at a time to have a half an hour interview with the manager.
