Interview
Thorough and technical. started with an intro of technical understanding then to review code. Then to write efficient code all in Python. Finally an informal talk but still problem solving related questions.
There were three main parts to this interview process:
1. Technical Q&A
2. Programming
3. General, Projects & Culture
The first two with a more technical team manager and the final part with the head of the org.
