Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward, and fairly casual. Starting with an online application, I was then called in to speak with the manager. We did so at the in-store Starbucks, where I was politely offered a drink. During this time, we spoke about various topics, the usual interview questions, why I wished to be with Harris Teeter. It was fairly informal, and it felt more personal and one-on-one as a result, making me hopeful for this job.

"What are your weaknesses?" To me, this is a direct yet major question that really ensures that they want to know who they're working with and how they can do so.

Interview
I applied online, and then went to store and spoke to the Deli manager. I followed up with her a few days later, making sure she had both my first and last name, so she could "pull" my application. Interviewed first with the store manager, and later with the Deli manager. I was hired two weeks later, after they received the results of my background check and drug test.
