Interview
Very straightforward and professional manner. HR manager was friendly and made me feel at ease. The instructions I received prior to the interview set me up for what to expect and everything was seamless in the follow up process.
Okay, could've been more involved.
Chose someone before me for the position then called and offered it to me - could've been managed better. I declined in light of this, didn't seem too professional

Got called by HR after applying online and had a good initial screening and was invited for the interview. Not enough info was provided on where to meet and who would pick me up and conduct the interview.
Interview was very structured and impersonal. But the most frustrating thing was that I had no communication after the interview whatsoever. After 2 weeks I checked in to see if a decision had been made but HR never replied. About 2 month later I got a generic email hat they proceeded with someone more fitting for the role. That is fine but the way the whole process was handled was extremely disappointing for such an illustrated retailer.

the boy from HR who did my initial interview said he would get back to me but never did. very unprofessional and clearly unorganised especially for a company that raves about how great their employees are.
