They will ask of your past experiences and some technical questions of how to make toys (for example plastics, like how to make a plastic surface?, tin metal miniature chess pieces, etc.)

Interview
First rd: HR talks about company culture, benefit, etc. Answering some basic questions about background, experience, etc.
Second rd: Being interviewed by management/director. Answering technical questions on toys design, manufacturing, project implementation, etc. Interviewer is very experienced. Not easy to pass.
