Applied online, was asked for a skype interview. Was asked to speak about my experiences, nothing specifically technical. Employer wanted to make very sure I was clear on the exact nature of the position and everything associated with it (including drawbacks). He was very keen on making sure he fully understood my specific interests so as to line me up with the best possible line of work.
