Interview
Fairly straightforward and standard interview process for this role, starting with an initial phone screen. My screener was scheduled for 15mins, which struck me as a bit odd. Given that tight timeline, the call was a bit too unstructured. I was not able to go over the 15mins and think that got counted against me since I didn't make it to the next round.
