The interview process was relatively straightforward, with a video interview to start. An in-person behavioral interview and a case study were then conducted at the Hatch office, which took about three hours to complete.

Advisory Analyst interview - case, 2x behaviorals. Case ws simple, straightforward, was a typical management consulting case and was quite short only around 20 mins. Behaviorals were easy basic behaviorals - have a good answer to why hatch
