I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hatfield College (Durham, England) in Nov 2017

Interview

I had a chat on the phone with the manager of the student kitchen and coordinator and then he invited me for an interview where I showed him my cv. The interview was very straight forward although I was nervous because I was quite young at the time. However I was employed the next day and I started my job a few days later.
