Haufe Group Full Stack Node Js Developer interview questions

Good interview overall. It consisted in 5 phases and I didn't receive an offer because they considered a more senior profile would be a better fit. It took a little more than expected to receive their final answer but I received a great and detailed feedback about the reasons I didn't get a final offer and the employee seemed very caring about giving the news. Despite I was applying in Barcelona the whole process was being done in english. It consisted in a 1 to 1 interview to get to know each other a little and learn more about the company. After that I faced a cultural interview with 2 people, which was a relaxed conversation about my experience, my expectations and so on. After that I was asked to make a technical interview, and after doing it I received a very detailed feedback as it was reviewed by 4 developers. After that I met with the 4 devs to chat about the project, and later the final interview which were mostly about my appeal to join Haufe and to double check if I would be a good fit. Great image overall, looks like a great place to work.
