Havatech interview questions

I used to work for another company as a chief IT support manager and later i felt I wanted to work for this other institute where we used to render our services to. So later i presented myself before its director to set an appointment. Then I presented to him on that day, my project, together with my achievements, and illustrated to him as to how i was going to change his institute for the better management of his staff, the way lessons are conducted in the college, communication systems, and further bring some new teaching methods. For this, he gave a call-centre class to set up and bring its 38-seat system up. I did it successfully and in 2 days. So I was later called for an offer.
