Hawaii Residency Programs interview questions

Multiple stages of interviews asking detailed questions about job and organization. Do your research and read the job description carefully. Be prepared and dress professionally with a professional background if in a zoom interview.

Hiring process consisted of 3 interviews. First one was a quick five minute phone interview where I was asked about my current and past employment history. Second, I was asked to come in to meet with the HR Manager 1:1. I was asked very typical interview questions, (ie: strengths/weaknesses, where do you see yourself in 10 years, any problems with co-workers, describe a problem you had in the past and how you dealt with it, etc.). Last interview was with the Department that I would be working in to meet and get interviewed by the staff.
