I wasn't from around North California so my interview process started with a phone/webcam interview and then a second in person interview, followed by a short technical test. The test isn't meant to eliminate you from consideration but is to simply gauge where your current CAD skills are at. The Interview is definitely relatively relaxed and there isn't too much to be nervous about. Focus on your interpersonal skills (this is technically a customer support job after all) and be respectful to the managers that interview you.
