HaystackAnalytics interview questions

The interview process consisted of 3 rounds, including a formal presentation. After completing all the rounds including one with CEO, I was explicitly told that the team wanted to move forward with my candidacy. I was then scheduled for a final round with HR. Unfortunately, the HR stage was highly unprofessional. It took them forever to schedule a simple interview with HR. She rescheduled 5 mins before the interview. Following that final conversation, communication stopped entirely. Despite the significant time investment required for four rounds and a presentation, I never received any follow-up. I wouldn’t give them my time. They don’t know how to conduct a basic interview or respect someone’s time. Only the recruiter is decent.

The interview process took nearly four weeks and involved four stages of discussion: an initial conversation with an HR executive, a technical interview, a discussion with the CEO, and finally a salary discussion with the HR manager. Everything seemed to be going well, but in the end they stopped responding—perhaps it’s a new corporate interview trend.
