Got an email from a recruiter asking some general questions about the qualifications (coding, previous projects etc.) and why I'm interested in the company. Never heard from the recruiter after my submission.

First round, record yourself responding to their questions. Second round, take home python interview. Third round, I received an offer from a different company and BCBS seemed to have slowed their interview process so I did not do the third round.
