Interview
First, you go through a presentation of the company with a group of people all trying to get the same job you are, they ask what your name is and go around the room and tell one thing about yourself. Then you go for tour to the call room and they show you around. Then you'll go to a room for a 1 on 1 interview with one of the managers. The guy I got was awkward.

Question 1
You step into an elevator with one other person and will be traveling 10 or more stories together. Since you’re in sales, you are always on the lookout for new leads. What would you say to this person to build their curiosity and earn the right to contact them after the elevator ride is over?

Interview
Group interview-is a sales presentation to lure you in with promise of big money for all. Asked two or three very basic questions. supposed to be a training period of 6-10 weeks & required to want to get an insurance license. Given an overview of company leaving out the real details of the inconsistent measure of who stays & who goes . Only 1 day of training so good luck .
