Health Information Management Systems interview questions

Phone screening by the CEO followed by another interview with the team leads. The phone call interview was normal technical questions. The in-person interview with the team was a disaster. The front door is locked so someone has to let you in, once inside there is a large dog that wants to come and rub all over you, so forget the nice pants and blazer you wore to the interview. Needless to say, the dog wasn't the only issue, some guy came to the door banging on it because he forgot his keycard or keys or whatever they use to get in the building. The person that should be monitoring or not monitoring the door just sat there and didn't even look his direction. When the team lead guy came out to get a reserved room, there was some lady in there that was just hiding from work. She leaves and the guy says thanks, she just ignores him and makes a face....seriously wtf! is going on with this place? Don't even get me started how one of the guys that is the team lead shows up with tattoos all up and down his neck, looking at his phone the whole time, insulting me. Forget this place. I should have walked out.
