Initial communication phone interview - nothing too in depth - questions revolved around the posted job requirements. Notified very quickly to set up in person interview. On site interview was extensive: Step one - Skills test - consited of creating a training curriculum 30 min time limit. Step two: Panal interview with Department Manager and 5 others from the training team. Mostly behavioral interview questions...""Tell me about a time when you...." Some questions about adult learning theory and communication styles. Step three: Conducted a 10 min demo presentation to the group Step four: Reviewed samples of work that I had been requested to bring in They collected reference information also during this interview. Indicated hiring process was just initiated and at least 2 week wait for further feedback. Notified 6 weeks later that another candidate selected.
