The interview process was the new typical interview with most companies. They ask "situation questions" such as "Name a time...." , "How did you handle ______?", "What was the result?" The entire interview took about 30 minutes. The interviewer was friendly and went over everything expected of the job and the few benefits with the job, the hours expected and the pay per hour for the position.
