I was asked to provide times for an initial screen with HR for the position. I was thrown off guard when the actual hiring manager was the interviewer and went straight into a full interview process. She was nice, asked questions related to providing value to the customers, and other questions surrounding agile. I felt unprepared as I thought I was going to an HR phone screen. I was told I would hear from the rectifier after about the process, next steps and the outcome of our interview. I followed up with the recruiter and never received a response. Shortly thereafter I noticed someone was hired and introduced on their LinkedIn updates.
