The interview process was conducted by two people and was about an hour long. After the initial interview questions such as 'what are your greatest strength' , what are your greatest weaknesses', 'how do you define respect?, tell me about yourself, tell me a time that you resolve conflict when you worked in a team . It was followed by a 30 minutes unexpected test which was about conducting an analysis using excel
