I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Healthy Spot (Culver City, CA) in Sep 2018
Interview
Application included a cognitive/behavioral assessment. I received an email a day after I applied to schedule a phone interview. I talked to Jennifer, the talent acquisition specialist, for about 45 minutes. She asked me basic interview questions and had me walk her down my resume. She was very fun and pleasant to talk to. It seemed more like a conversation than an interrogation. She explained the company's culture and the responsibilities of the job. She asked me to come in for an in-person interview with the community marketing team. I interviewed with two people - lasted about an hour. We talked a lot about who I was in high school and who influenced me to become the person I am today. They asked me more about my resume, my current responsibilities, my long term goals, and why I want to work for Healthy Spot. Jennifer called me 30 minutes later to offer me the job.

Interview
They really want to get to know you as a whole person. They asked about high school, college, and postgrad experiences! I had a phone interview and then a 1:1 interview and then was offered the position very quickly. They rate you on integrity, and they say that if you score less than a 5/5 on integrity you won't get the job even if you get perfect scores on everything else.
