Healum interview questions

I found the company job post through a well known job posting site for startup companies First Round: Code implementation Implement a test based on NgRx implementation. Timeline - 5-6 hours Second Round: 1 hour video call about previous projects undertaken and technical questions particular to NgRx. After the both rounds, they offered to join the company. When salary negotiation started, they refused to pay even the minimum salary amount as quoted in the job description. Company wanted to go for paperwork without proper salary structure and notice period.
