Have a couple of back & forths with the lead recruiter. Nice fellow; was kind enough to let me know the previous employee in the role left because the company has gone full-time on site. I gasped and held my tongue. Had a couple of convos with the recruiter, spoke with the hiring manager. Thought it went well and I believe I was the first candidate to go through the process. They passed on me; I think that's all fair and well but I wish they knew what they were looking for before wasting my time. Never interviewing with this company again.
