Pretty standard. First interview with HR rep. over the phone. Following interviews are with a small panel of managers/peers. They are interested in past employment, ecperiences, and training/schools and how you can relate those to the position. It's not just a scripted 20 question setting and they write your responses down in the box provided. They really pay attention. The last interview brings in more people and is way more laid back to make sure your personality meshes well with others.
